MV PROTECT METAL | KIT Metal

The MV PROTECT METAL™ systems are a collection of high-performance transparent two-component coatings developed by Molteni Vernici, designed for the direct protection of metals and galvanic surfaces without the need for a primer (with the exception of stainless steel).
Developed from consolidated expertise in metal surface treatment and electroplating processes, they represent an engineered solution that combines real protection, durability, and aesthetic control, keeping metal at the center of the project.
Available in different finishes — high-depth gloss, satin, matt, and ultra-matt — MV PROTECT METAL™ systems ensure high resistance to corrosion, oxidation, salt spray, aggressive chemicals, food contact, and thermal shock, as well as anti-fingerprint and anti-touch properties.
Formulated for direct adhesion on steel, aluminum, brass, Zamak, and galvanic surfaces (chrome, nickel, brass plating), they provide an अत्यremely compact, hard, and wear-resistant surface without color alteration over time.
Thanks to their application flexibility — both at low and high temperatures — and perfect integration into industrial production processes (traditional spray or electrostatic application), they ensure high film uniformity, reduced waste, and optimized process times.
